Justification and validation
Justification and validation are results of the same cog-process.
Validation is the process whereby we derive valid propositions.
Validation refers to cognitive processes in general.
Cog-processes entail basic cognitive propositions.
Basic-cog's include and license a typology of propositions. Justification is the fundamental process involved in all inferences from basic-cog's.
Validation is the related process whereby cognition determines whether justified inferences are valid or not.
In other words, some justified propositions are not necessarily valid.
Inference is not always apodictic or necessary.
Even though the inference paradigm is the same for all cognitive processes, some inferences are probabilistic or interpretative.
